I think of feelings as those vibes that are part of the roadmap of life. Remember those times you get chills or shivers? Those are truth bumps, like some long-forgotten message from your soul telling you to pay attention that you’ve just discovered a truth. Worked at in reverse, they are a great survivor tool! Gut feelings, intuition, good vibes; the course is a reminder to pay attention to what you already know and to help you develop intuition and hone your senses to benefit you. When you are connected to your feelings, you become more and more intuitive.
Benefit number two was how to keep those good vibes going once you are feeling them. I’m sure every one might be able to think of one or two people who might want to sabotage you, and if you cannot, every one most definitely has met Mr. and Ms. Saboteur, or, you may want to call them The Sabo Turds. Those little voices in your head that tell you, ‘that’s a stupid idea’, ‘you can’t do that’, ‘you are fat’; yes, Mr. and Ms. Turd are real and active every day in every one of us, but there are ways to stop or at least slow down those nasty comments or turn them off from time to time! When you understand you can have fleeting (and even longer) moments of controlling your emotions and choosing your feelings, it becomes easier and easier to amplify the good vibes. Your heart becomes a very healthy engine. There are techniques to expand your feelings and produce more. Have you heard that illness starts when people bottle up their emotions and suck it in? Instead of denying your emotions, you learn to state your feelings; yes, say it, or they will affect your body. When you can identify your feelings, that is the first step in learning to let them go. Think about what you might suggest your best friend do with the One Third Formula and then apply it to your life!
Benefit number three was to help you focus all these good feelings so you now can figure out how to find the hero inside you; we are all magnificent, each and every one of us, and we all are here to create our own story through our thoughts, our words and our actions. We all have feelings and we are all choosing them every day, unconsciously or consciously. I will share how I use feelings to my advantage and, when I balance my life with the One Third Formula, it makes my heart sing more than I ever thought possible. I will share my story about how I have used the energy of feelings to amplify the good in my life and to produce way more goodness than I ever thought possible. I will share how I create a dense field around me when I ‘feel’ like hiding from the world for a bit, it’s like an invisibility cloak for me; Star Trek has nothing on me! Love my lucky stones for that reason, too!!! AND, my favorite part is how I learned to become way more intuitive and to be able to remain calm and peaceful in the middle of a storm. Those tips are all from the forces of nature, the elements inside you and me!!!
